All product washable in 105F, gentle cycle only, without strong chemical. We recommend a professional cleaner. After opening your package. Shake and fluff down pillow or down comforter, let the air through it and you are ready to enjoy this great product. To insure that your pillow or comforter will give you many many years of warm and comfortable sleep. Once every two months you should let it air out. We prefer dry cleaning by a professional cleaner once  every 3 years. If you ever have to store your comforter or pillow you must not use plastic bag for storage. Use a cotton-breathing bag (storage bag).

Fill power measures the number of cubic inches that a single ounce of down occupies. Higher fill power is equated with higher loft. I was really happy to see that your goose down is a product of humane collection methods used in Europe.  A lot of people don’t know that geese are still raised in Europe and treated humanely for collecting their down.  Sometimes in the United States you’ll get down that is a by-product of the food industry or from a bird that was killed for its feathers.
